Dynamic Clicks is a performance marketing and AI solutions business operating the website dynamicclicks.co.za. For personal information processed through this website and our direct business interactions, Dynamic Clicks acts as the responsible party as contemplated in POPIA.

This notice applies to website visitors, prospective clients, clients, suppliers, and people who contact or interact with us. Where we process information on a client’s instructions as part of a service, the client may be the responsible party and its privacy notice may also apply.

2. Personal information we may collect

The information depends on how you interact with us.

We do not ask you to provide special personal information through this website. Please avoid including sensitive or unnecessary personal information in an enquiry.

3. How the Contact page works

The enquiry planner on our Contact page currently prepares a draft email in your own email application. The information you type into that planner is not submitted to, or stored in, the website’s WordPress database by the form itself.

If you choose to send the prepared email, your email provider and our email service will process the message. We will then use and retain the correspondence as described in this notice. You may instead email us directly at connect@dynamicclicks.co.za.
